The lab was training a multilingual voice model and needed 1,000 hours of multispeaker conversational audio plus human-generated transcripts in seven Southeast Asian and minority languages. Their existing vendors couldn't quote on more than two of the seven.
We ran paid 50-hour pilots in Tagalog and Cebuano in parallel using our Manila and Cebu partner networks. Quality bar hit on day 14. Full 1,000-hour batches kicked off across all seven languages within 60 days, including Tibetan via our diaspora partner network.
Production at scale. All seven languages currently shipping. Two-week off-ramp clause never triggered.
